On making a reservation, you are required to pay a £50 deposit per room booked. This is normally a cheque (made payable to Mrs S. Carr) For bookings over 3 nights, the deposit is £100 per room. As we are a small business, we do not as yet take credit cards. If you should need to cancel your booking, providing you give us 7 days notice there is no payment due and we will refund your deposit. If not, the whole of the stay is payable, (unless we manage to re-book your room). By making a reservation, you accept these terms.
We recommend guests consider taking out travel insurance to cover for this eventuality.
Children
Children are welcome at Millhill, we have a ‘put me up’ bed for the Den room so in essence that room can sleep three. There is an extra £15 charge for this. We do not provide cots but welcome guests with their own travel cot.
Pets
We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets in the house. We have stabling and grazing for horses and a secure, cosy dog kennel for owners wishing to bring dogs used to being outside.
Drinks Policy
We are not licensed to sell alcohol at Millhill, but please feel free to bring your own alcohol and we will be happy to provide you with glasses.
Checkout Times
Guests are asked to vacate the room on day of departure by 11.00
